SWIMSTRONG is the name for the Squad Coaching Program at Melville Aquatic Fitness Centre and now our NEW program at Kwinana Requatic.

SWIMSTRONG is owned and operated by Swim Coach, Kareena Preston.  Assistant coaches Taryn Brunette, Amy Sullivan, Jodie Kemp, Ally Clark, Jacqui Tan, Ryan Whiddett and Glenn Tetlow are all involved with the coaching of the program.

Senior Swim Coach, Kareena Preston has over 15 years swimming coaching experience at all levels;

• Adult Swimmers
• Extensive experience with swimmers with special needs.

THE SWIMSTRONG VISION

• To develop a well respected and high quality community based squad coaching program encompassing all areas of swimmer development from the beginner squad swimmer through to adult swimmers;
• To foster the development of junior and age group swimmers to achieve the best they can be;
• To encourage all swimmers and staff to progress to the highest level they can achieve;
• To develop and maintain rewarding, long term relationships with all key stakeholders.
